All visitors, including truck drivers, must meet JAXPORT’s security requirements.

A TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) is required for unescorted access.

If you do not have a TWIC card, a 24/7 TWIC escort service is available for a fee.

  • Blount Island is open for shipping and receiving 24/7.

  • Dames Point is open daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

  • Access is available for TWIC card holders and those accompanied by an escort.

High & Heavy (HH) and Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) operations are handled primarily at Blount Island.
