How to Access the Port
All visitors, including truck drivers, must meet JAXPORT’s security requirements.
A TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) is required for unescorted access.
If you do not have a TWIC card, a 24/7 TWIC escort service is available for a fee.

General Terminal Hours
Blount Island is open for shipping and receiving 24/7.
Dames Point is open daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Access is available for TWIC card holders and those accompanied by an escort.

HH & POV Operations (High & Heavy / Used Vehicles)
High & Heavy (HH) and Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) operations are handled primarily at Blount Island.

All visitors must be in the office by 3:30 PM to complete paperwork.
