Highlighting exceptional customer service and the dedication behind stronger OEM partnerships.

Spotlight on Excellence: Celebrating Katelyn Canode in Jacksonville

This recognition means a great deal—not only because it reflects Katelyn’s performance, but because it speaks directly to the quality of the customer–vendor relationship she has helped strengthen.

A Passion for the Industry, and a Natural Talent for Customer Service

Katelyn joined AMPORTS less than two years ago, bringing with her a strong foundation in automotive service and business development. A lifelong car enthusiast, she has always been drawn to the automotive world, describing her passion for vehicles as something that “makes every day exciting.”

That enthusiasm shows in her work.

From her first weeks on the job, she immersed herself in learning the complexities of port logistics: dealer communication, reporting, export coordination, system updates, accessories handling, and troubleshooting. She mastered key systems like AS400 and Excel, often staying late or studying processes on her own to better support her customers.

Another customer representative recently shared:

“She has been incredibly helpful as I’ve learned this operation. Her willingness to explain processes, answer questions, and jump in wherever needed has made her an invaluable partner.”
